Diabetes or high blood sugar is a common chronic health issue worldwide. it’s effects how your body convert the food into energy. Insulin (a hormone) regulate blood sugar level in our body. Start when our body doesn’t produce insulin (a hormone) or body cannot use insulin effectively.

In type 1 diabetes immune system attacks insulin making beta cells in the pancreas. So there will be less or no insulin production. Often occurs in children and young generations, but can develop at any age. In this type diabetes Requires daily insulin injections or an insulin pump. Its not curable. The exact reason of type1 diabetes is still unknown but there are many factors can develop type 1, like – Genetic ( if biological mother or father has diabetes then there are chances to develop it in kids.), Viral infection,  stress, toxins,  bad food habits etc.

 

   Symptoms –

  • Suddenly Feeling more thirsty and hungry than normal
  • excessive Urinating
  • some time Bed-wetting in children

A condition where blood sugar levels are higher than normal but not high enough to be classified as diabetes. Cause: Insulin resistance, often linked to lifestyle factors. Lifestyle changes can reverse it. Without intervention, it can progress to Type 2 diabetes.
